Location and staff were all great. Location was unbeatable, not too far from Kootenay National Park. Surrounding of the apartment was really quiet.

Location is a short walk from the main city area and easy to find using GPS. The staff, particularly Lam, was easily accessible and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with air conditioning in the living room and heaters in each bedroom. The patio areas were a great addition, with a gas burner BBQ and a sitting area to relax in. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was stocked with towels and hair products. The condo even had a laundry area with instructions on how to use it.

There were only a few television channels available, but it wasn't a big deal as we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors. The propane tank was empty, but the staff responded quickly to address the issue.

We had apartment with a huge bath tub, huge own full bath, for instance. A microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher were available for cooking. It was located in a very quiet area in a corner area.

My stay here was incredible, with this venue being conveniently located near all the amenities. The jacuzzi and bath tub provided were an added bonus, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The condo was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. . the location was excellent, close to all amenities and easy to find. the condo was spacious and had a comfortable living room with air conditioning, which was great during hot weather.

The condo only had one key, which was inconvenient for our group of two parties trying to coordinate our schedule. . the cleanliness of the bathroom sink could have been better, and there were some bugs on the floor.

The kitchen is equipped with convenient appliances such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

This place was an excellent home base for exploring Radium Hot Springs, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Every moment of the stay was appreciated, awesome experience. We met the owner, who gave us good tips. The location was great for exploring Bugaboo Provincial Park, just a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment.

Spacious, clean, easy communication, convenient location, well-equipped kitchen.
